Documents to register a company in Ireland

This post will take you through all the documents to register a company in Ireland. When we issue documents to clients they are generated based on the information that the client enters into our website forms. There are a number of documents that are required to be signed, and also Photo ID documents and Proof of address documents are required. For this post we will assume that the company does not have an EEA Director and a Section 137 Bond is required for the company formation.

The main documents required to be signed are the documents that are initially submitted to the Companies Registrations office in accordance to the Companies Act 2014.

CRO Application
These are signature pages based on the information in the Confirmation report.

Constitution
A compliant constitution is required to form a company and it should be written to activate all aspects of the act that can be activated by default. One page constitutions will not keep your company compliant. Our constitutions are written by suitably qualified Solicitors working in Corporate law on a daily basis.

Bond Signature Page
If you do not have a Director living in the European Economic Area, this document needs to be signed.

AML Documents
Appropriate Photo ID and Proof of address are required before the company can be formed. We take you through this to make the process easy.
